It was a busy day.

I went to the International Printing Museum in Carson yesterday and ended up printing out a couple of things. It was a really neat place with loads of old metal and wood type cases and fonts, plus a sublime amount of history involved in the creation of printing presses and casting type. If you get a chance you should check it out. The monogram design i did is below, it didn't turn out as well as i had hoped because i'm no master craftsman when it comes to craving. But the experience was fun and it added another art medium to my belt.
I also went to an art show opening at my schools art museum. There was a lady doing a performance piece which involved her taping up her whole body then cutting it off, and pouring glue all over herself then peeling it off. Pretty bazaar right? It was interesting, and i also got to check out some Warhol screen prints and Polaroid's. This exhibit is also worth checking out.

pictures are still being worked on
